What Happens at Every Weekly Visit

This is not a drive-by and a capful of chlorine. Every stop follows the same documented routine — logged in a custom service app Brad built — so you always know exactly what was done, what the water tested at, and what your spa looked like when he left.

    Arrival — water documented before anything is touched

    Brad opens the visit in the app and photographs the water condition on arrival — so you have a baseline and he has a record if something changed since last week.

    Chemistry tested, balanced, and proven

    Full water test on-site. He photographs the test strip before balancing, doses with professional-grade products calibrated for your fill water, then photographs the strip again once chemistry is dialed in. No guesswork — you see the before and after.

    Water and shell cleaned

    Vacuum debris from the footwell, skim the surface, and wipe down the shell and waterline so the tub looks as good as it tests.

    Filters sprayed clean — with photos

    Cartridges are pulled and thoroughly spray-cleaned, not just rinsed in the tub. Filter photos go in your visit report so you know they were actually serviced.

    Seasonal cover care

    In summer: 303 Aerospace UV protectant applied to the cover to fight Utah's intense sun at elevation. In winter: snow shoveled off the cover and a cleared path from the tub to the nearest door — so you can get in safely without trudging through a drift.

    Top-off and equipment check

    If the water level is low, Brad adds water. Jets, pumps, heaters, and controls get a quick look — if anything is trending wrong, you hear about it immediately, not next week.

    Visit report texted to you

    When the visit is complete, you receive a text with a link to the full report in the app — every photo, every note, one place. If something stands out as urgent, he calls you right away instead of waiting for the report.

Weekly Maintenance FAQs

What's included in every weekly maintenance visit?

Every visit is photo-documented in our custom service app: arrival water condition, chemistry test before and after balancing, filter spray-down, vacuum and skim, shell wipe-down, seasonal cover care (303 UV protectant in summer; snow removal off the cover and a cleared path to your door in winter), top-off if water is low, and a text with a link to your full visit report. If anything looks off, Brad calls you right away — not in next week's note.

Do I need to be home for weekly hot tub service?

No. Most clients give us gate or backyard access. After each visit you receive a text with a link to your visit report — photos, chemistry notes, and anything worth knowing — without having to be there.

Do you bring the chemicals?

Yes. All sanitizers, balancers, and treatment products are included in the service — professional-grade products dosed by a Certified Pool Operator, not big-box guesswork.

Can I see photos from every visit?

Yes. Brad logs every visit in a custom-built app: water on arrival, test strip before balancing, test strip after balancing, and filter cleaning — with notes. You get a text after each stop with a link to that visit's full report.

Can you maintain my spa while I'm out of state?

Absolutely — a large share of our route is second homes in Park City, Deer Valley, and the Jordanelle. We keep the spa balanced, freeze-protected, and arrival-ready, with a documented visit report sent after every stop.
