Jacuzzi Hot Tub Repair in the Heber Valley & Utah

Jacuzzi-brand hot tubs show up across our Heber Valley, Park City, and Utah County routes, and they fail in the same ways every spa does: no heat, flow and sensor codes, worn pumps, and tired topside panels. Brad, the CPO Certified owner, diagnoses the problem himself and fixes the part that actually failed.

Plenty of people say jacuzzi for any hot tub. Whether yours is a Jacuzzi J-series or another brand entirely, call with the symptom and any code on the display and we'll give you a free quote.

Our Jacuzzi Hot Tub Repair Work

Not Heating & Heater Repair

Most no-heat calls trace to low flow, a tripped high-limit, or a failing sensor rather than a dead heater. We test each one, then repair or replace the heater only if it has actually failed.

Flow & Sensor Error Codes

Jacuzzi control systems use codes such as FLO, FL1, and FL2 for flow or pressure-switch problems, SN codes for sensor faults, and ICE for freeze protection. Exact meanings vary by model year, so we confirm against your spa's system before replacing parts.

Pump Repair & Replacement

Humming, grinding, leaking, or dead jet and circulation pumps. We repair or replace motors, wet ends, and seals, or swap the complete pump when that's the better fix.

Topside Panels, Boards & Filtration

Unresponsive or blank panels, control-board faults, and filtration problems. Many Jacuzzi models also use a ClearRay UV-C system, which needs a working bulb and clean quartz sleeve to do its job.

Jacuzzi Hot Tubs FAQs

What does FL1 or FL2 mean on a Jacuzzi hot tub?

On many Jacuzzi models they point to a flow or pressure-switch problem: not enough flow detected, or the switch reading flow when the pump is off. Start by cleaning the filter and checking the water level, and if the code returns, the switch or circulation pump needs testing.

My Jacuzzi hot tub won't heat up. What should I check?

Confirm the set temperature, clean the filter, top off the water, and note any code on the display. Reset the breaker once at most. If it still won't heat, call 385-588-7757 and we'll diagnose it on-site.

What does ICE mean on a Jacuzzi hot tub?

ICE means the spa detected freezing conditions and is running freeze protection. That's normal in a Utah cold snap, but if the water keeps getting colder, the spa may have a heating problem that needs a look.

Are you a Jacuzzi dealer or authorized service center?

No. We're an independent repair company and not affiliated with Jacuzzi. We repair Jacuzzi hot tubs across the Heber Valley, Park City, and Utah County. For in-warranty repairs, contact your selling dealer first.
