Sundance Spas Repair, ClearRay Maintenance & Heater Service
Sundance Spas are engineered around the ClearRay UV-C water purification system — excellent technology, but only when the bulb, quartz sleeve, and ballast are actually maintained. We service Sundance 680, 780, 880, and 980 series spas across our entire Utah service area, from annual ClearRay renewals to full heater and sensor replacements.
If your Sundance is flashing a sensor fault, blowing cold, or showing a watchdog error, we bring brand-specific diagnostic experience and commonly stocked Sundance parts to get you back to soaking fast.

ClearRay UV System Maintenance
ClearRay bulbs lose germicidal effectiveness after about 12 months even if they still glow. We replace bulbs and quartz sleeves, test ballasts, and verify UV output so your sanitation system is actually sanitizing.
Heater Replacements
We test Sundance SMART heaters and elements under load, diagnose tripped high-limits versus true element failure, and complete most Sundance heater replacements same-visit with parts on the truck.
Sensor Fault Diagnosis
Temperature and high-limit sensor faults are among the most common Sundance service calls. We test sensor resistance against spec rather than guessing, replacing only what has actually failed.
Pump & Circulation Service
From noisy bearings on jet pumps to failed circulation pumps causing flow errors, we service Sundance wet ends, seals, and complete pump assemblies.

Sundance Spas FAQs
How often does a Sundance ClearRay bulb need replacement?
Every 12 months. The UV-C output degrades long before the bulb burns out, so a glowing bulb is not a working bulb. We track replacement dates for every Sundance spa on our maintenance routes.
My Sundance spa is running but not heating — what's wrong?
Most commonly: a failed heater element, a tripped or failed high-limit sensor, or a flow restriction from a dirty filter. We test each in sequence on-site and typically restore heat in a single visit.
Do you service older Sundance models?
Yes. We service current 680–980 series spas as well as older Sundance models, and we can source legacy parts when needed.
